Vehicle Accident Experts advises that Charlie Aust provided an expert opinion in the Singapore High Court involving catastrophic injury to an occupant in of the vehicles involved.

Charlie Aust travelled to the collision scene in Malaysia to carry out a half day study of the scene and the pattern of traffic movement. Subsequently, he took part in ‘Hot Tubbing’ with the opposition expert to produce a joint position summary. He then gave evidence in the High Court and provided an opinion on the dynamics of the collision sequence. Specifically he was able to provide conclusive evidence to the Court that one of the vehicles involved in the collision was moving at the time of impact. The matter of whether the vehicle was in motion was critical in understanding the circumstances of the collision. Following the completion of the trial, Charlie Aust received correspondence from the instructing solicitors thanking him for “all the good work you have done”.
